It is a free mobile application that helps transfers the funds from your credit card and wallet to your bank account. It also provides UPI to bank account transfer services. There is one more bonus service of ICICI UPI based ePayLater.

  • Download and install the app from the Play store
  • Enter Mobile Number and verify the number with the OTP received
  • Upload the KYC documents
  • Add your own Personal Bank Account Details in which you want to receive the money
  • You may start the transactions

You just need Aadhar Card, PAN Card and your Selfie Photo

Your Bank Account details in which you need to transfer the funds and a Canceled Cheque/Bank Statement

Yes absolutely, it’s two factor authenticated. Bank OTP & the application PIN makes the app and the transactions both safe and secured.

Important note – Do not share the APP PIN with anyone else for security purpose.

You can start the transactions only after the KYC and Bank Details are verified.

Go to the App and click on Profile symbol in the bottom right corner in the app, you can view the bank details there.

You can raise the support ticket. Go to the App and click on Profile symbol in the bottom right corner to raise the ticket and drop your request or email at support@CreditKiya.com

Click on “Forgot PIN” and get an OTP on your registered Mobile Number. After that enter the OTP and reset your Login PIN

  • Login to the App
  • Select ‘Credit Card to Bank’
  • Enter Amount > Select Reason of Payment > Select the Pricing Plan/Settlement Time
  • Click on Proceed
  • Select ‘Card’ Payment Option
  • Enter the Card Details
  • Click on ‘Pay’
  • Login to the App
  • Select ‘Wallet to Bank’
  • Enter Amount > Select Reason of Payment > Select the Pricing Plan/Settlement Time
  • Click on Proceed
  • Select ‘Wallet’ Payment Option
  • Select the Wallet
  • Click on ‘Pay’ and follow the onscreen directions for Wallet Fund Transfer
  • Login to the App
  • Select ‘UPI to Bank’
  • Enter Amount > Select Reason of Payment > Select the Pricing Plan/Settlement Time
  • Click on Proceed
  • Select ‘UPI’ Payment Option
  • Select the UPI method
  • Click on ‘Pay’ and follow the onscreen directions for UPI Fund Transfer

Login to the App > Click on Transaction History
